Digital Megaphone’s Women in Marketing Mentor Program matches seasoned marketing professionals who have excelled at their careers with high-potential women who don’t have access to formal mentoring. The program welcomes women just starting out, pivoting careers, or re-entering the workplace after time off.

The program was started by Digital Megaphone’s founder, Hope Bertram, due to her passion for helping women and her firsthand understanding of the value of learning from others.
The Women in Marketing Mentor Program’s mission is to positively impact a million lives through empowering women.
Program Benefits
- Individual Mentoring – Meet live or via phone/chat with your mentor monthly during the six-month-long cohort.
- Professional Development – Educational sessions will provide inspirational ideas to help elevate your career.
- Women’s Month Celebration – Meet your fellow mentees and mentors at an in-person reception in March.
- Networking – Network with experienced marketers, mentees, and program supporters both live and virtually.
Eligibility Requirements
Anyone who works in marketing (including marketing, advertising, social media, etc.) and self-identifies as female is eligible to apply. Mentees should be:
- Currently working in a marketing position.
- Have the desire to work on actionable monthly goals.
- Available for monthly mentor sessions with your mentor
The six-month-long cohort, which has a program fee for mentees of $179, will include a kick-off party for mentors and mentees, professional educational sessions, and mentor meetings covering topics such as executive presence, social-emotional intelligence, self-confidence, and combatting imposter syndrome

Interested in Being a Mentor?
We are looking for female marketing executives with 8+ years of professional experience with time to commit to one hour a month for six months and a passion for lifting other women up and sharing your insights and expertise. Mentors are also invited to the kick-off party and educational sessions focusing on self-confidence, executive presence and combatting self-sabotage.
