As a woman-owned business, we know the importance of women helping and lifting up other women firsthand.
I have been incredibly lucky to have several strong women who have guided me, provided valuable introductions, coached me through tough times and opened doors to amazing opportunities.
Our Women in Marketing Mentor Program connects experienced professionals with women starting or changing careers or re-entering the workforce who don’t have access to a formal mentor program.
Anyone who works in marketing (including marketing, advertising, social media, etc.) and self-identifies as female is eligible to apply.
The six-month-long cohort will include a kick-off party for mentors and mentees, three professional educational sessions, and monthly mentor meetings.

Interested in Being a Mentor?
We are looking for female marketing executives with 8+ years of professional experience with time to commit to one hour a month for six months and a passion for lifting other women up and sharing your insights and expertise. Mentors are also invited to the kick-off party and educational sessions focusing on self-confidence, executive presence and combatting self-sabotage.
