Melissa has taken control of the technology stack, incorporating the firm’s internal Salesforce and Pardot instances and coupling them with Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and other technology-driven lead generation tools. These efforts have not only boosted lead generation and revenue growth, but provided insights into which programs are successful.
