Women's Initiatives
In its third year, our Top Women in Digital Marketing Awards were created to honor women of all ages, races, religions, sexual orientations and career levels for their exemplary work in the digital marketing industry. Over the past two years, we’ve honored over 70 women at an awards ceremony that typically draws over 150 attendees. In 2020, we’re launching a Women’s Mentoring Program. The two 2020 cohorts will each be six months long. The program will include a kick-off party, monthly mentor meetings and comp tickets to a select number of our events.
