What is your favorite example of an out-of-the-box campaign either from one of your clients or another company?
I am always amazed at what Budweiser does, especially in a slowing industry. The brand’s ability to connect emotionally with its consumers is amazing.
How does your team define success? What KPIs and tools do you use?
Our biggest success factors are how we help our customers solve their business objectives, how we work internally to make it happen, and of course being a revenue generating organization how we can help our own business grow.
Give us a small preview of your summit session. What is one thing marketers can do right now to improve their mobile site speed?
The key to having a great mobile experience for users is to be instant, intuitive, and helpful. Cross functional buy-in and collaboration is the hardest thing to do to improve site speed, but thats the first thing that needs to be done.
How do you keep your finger on the pulse of this rapidly evolving field?
I am luckily because Google is at the forefront of digital excellence and innovation. Its always around me, sometimes its harder to take my “finger off the pulse.”
What advice would you give to your younger self at the start of your career?
Network. Network. Network. Its critical for future success and the more people you know the better it is for your current and future professional experiences.
