The first Chief Marketing Officer for PepsiCo America Nutrition, Sadira got her start at PepsiCo in Brand Marketing at Mountain Dew, where she helped elevate communications and drive creative excellence. Key highlights during her tenure on Mountain Dew include launching the first year of Dew X NBA partnership, shepherding the PuppyMonkeyBaby viral Super Bowl ad and overseeing We Are Blood, Mountain Dew’s first feature-length film celebrating skateboard culture across the globe (which also received recognition from PepsiCo’s prestigious Marketing Maven awards program).

Prior to joining PepsiCo in 2015, Sadira spent 13 years on the agency side, helping brands like Verizon, Sprite, Google, Miller Lite and Marlboro build relationships with a diverse group of consumers. She traded a future career in medicine for a spot on the account team at Leo Burnett, where she learned the skills to be a brand steward, then applied those skills to building the New York office for multicultural agency Commonground Marketing. Sadira continues to expand her abilities as a rising marketing star at PepsiCo.

Recognized by several outlets for her contributions, Sadira was named one of Savoy Magazine’s Top Influential Women in Corporate America (2016), one of AdAge’s Women to Watch (2017) and one of the Top 100 Women in Brand Marketing by Brand Innovators (2017).
