Jessica has built strategic relationships and partnerships to help ensure the success of the CheekyChicago brand and its events as a whole.  The relationships she has built within the media, public relations and event industry fields have been instrumental to Cheeky’s success. Jessica also brands, develops and expedites each Cheeky event. As CoFounder and CMO at WeDeliver she uses her powers to help businesses of Chicago connect with the local community through delivery. She is in the TechStars class of ‘2014 and also serves on the council for Ms.Tech, a group dedicated to helping women entrepreneurs gain access to the resources they need most.

Melissa Pierce is an American entrepreneur and documentary filmmaker. She was the Chief Operating Officer of the technofashion startup Everpurse. She previously filmed the documentary Life in Perpetual Beta, and runs technology and leadership events. She is based in Chicago, Illinois.

Pierce was working as a life coach in 2008 when she began filming Life in Perpetual Beta, a documentary about the changing nature of life and passion in a technological era. The creation process was shared online, and all aspects of the film were crowdsourced: whom to interview, what to ask, how to put together a crew and how to pay for production.

Melissa’s latest venture, Born with Curiosity, the Grace Hopper Documentary is being funded through an Indiegogo campaign.  She previously ran three other successful crowdfunding campaigns to fund other projects.
